SHIPPING:
All items include FREE SHIPPING to US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We no longer offer International Shipping.
I normally ship 1-3 days after order is received....Sometimes during high volume times of the year such as Holidays it can take up to 4 days to ship, not including delivery time after shipping.
I ship USPS Flat Rate First Class for most all orders. Standard Shipping orders are shipped without tracking. You may opt for Expedited Shipping w/Tracking. Expedited orders are sent Priority Mail, 2-3 days once shipped and are usually shipped by next day. If you need your order sooner please contact me before ordering to see if I can accommodate your dates.
Delivery times once shipped are usually approx 3-7 days.
RETURNS
No Returns Accepted on any personalized items.
If there is an error in printing, and it is an error on MY part I will gladly replace your order at no cost to you.  If the error is from the buyer's end you will be charged for replacement.
