1 We have set up warehouses in CA, IN and NJ states, and we will choose the nearest warehouse to send the package according to the customer's receiving address. The order processing time is 1 working day, and the delivery time will be postponed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Note
1 When using high energy Li-Polymer Batteries, please do not over-discharge or over-charge batteries as this will result in over heated batteries. Discharging capacity can't exceed 80% of the max capacity of the pack after full charging to ensure a good cycle performance.
2 Never Over-charge above 4.2V per cell and Over-discharge below 3.0V per cell. (Normal cell voltage is between 3.4V~4.2V)
3 Always monitor race time and/or set a low voltage warning on ESC (End voltage cannot be lower than 3.2v per cell). Do not use the battery that has too low a voltage.
4  Do not expose batteries to sunshine or storearge batteries at the temperature above 35°C or in a closed car. The high temperature environment could cause damage to the pack or make it burst.
If the battery becomes hot while fast charging, high current discharging or racing, do not charge the battery until it has cooled completely. Wait about 20 mins, then inspect prior to recharging.
Our services
You&me provides a 6-month warranty period. The after-sales is as follows;
1 The free has: if the battery has any quality problems within one month from the date of order placement. The buyer need to provide inspection pictures. Once confirmed we will arrange a free return.
2 1-3 months: if the battery has any quality problems , the buyer need to provide inspection pictures. Once confirmed we will arrange new battery to buyer. The buyer bear the freight.
3 3-6 months: if the battery has any quality problems , the buyer need to provide inspection pictures. Once confirmed we will give the clients discount when order new lipo.
Not included in customer reasons, such as overcharge, over discharger(Less than 3.6V), etc.
