Accessories Unlimited AUJ1 Stainless Steel Fender Mount for 2007 and Newer Wrangler Jeeps. Mount your CB antenna up front where the best ground plane exists on Jeep Wranglers. Far better than attaching to the bumper, the AUJ1 fender mount positions your two-way radio antenna for best refraction. Stronger signals aimed in the optimum direction so you won’t miss out on trial talk, or over the road chatter.
If you are looking for a CB antenna mount with a clean installation with no drilling holes, the AUJ1 from Accessories Unlimited is the mount for you! The AUJ1 mount will bolt under the hood of any 2007 and newer Jeep Wrangler using existing fender bolts.
Besides location, taller is usually better when it comes to CB antennas. The AUJ1 Jeep Wrangler JK fender mount makes it easy to get even a 3 foot tall antenna clear of the roof line.
Mounted up front on the fender it’s easy for the driver to keep on an eye on the CB radio antenna and avoid low hanging objects that can damage antennas. You’ll have the option to steer clear, remove the antenna, or even find an alternative route rather than risk breakage. A CB antenna that strikes low hanging tree limbs can bend, break, or worse bend the mount and fender. Don’t risk losing your important communications medium or expensive repair bills. Antenna
The AUJ1 is a sturdy mount that can hold up to 5 foot antennas safely. For 4 and 5 foot antennas we recommend attaching the mount with multiple bolts or screws for added support. The AUJ1 mount accepts 3/8 x 24 threaded CB antennas. A CB antenna spring is recommended for this mount.
