    Description

    This is a lovely oval ironstone serving platter from J & G Meakin England in the Merrie England blue and white pattern. It features a white base with stylized florals, leaves and berries decorating the scalloped and embossed rim. The center of the piece features a scene of Ightham Mote.
    It measures just under 12” long x 9 3/4” wide x 1 1/4” high.
    It is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips, crazing or browning. There are very minimalutensil marks.
