    Beautiful Vintage J.&G. MEAKIN Romantic England Penshurst Place Cobalt Blue & White Plate.  Estate item.  Scalloped edge with berries and daisies.  Made in Staffordshire England from a hand engraving.  Older backstamp with "ENGLAND" not "Made in England" (see photo).  Backstamped:  ROMANTIC ENGLAND / KENT / 13TH CENTURY / PENSHURST PLACE / ENGLISH IRONSTONE (see entire backstamp in second photo).  Great wall decoration!   It is 6 7/8 inches in diameter.
