For sale here is a service for installing a Modbo 5.0 modchip in your PS2 console. This modchip is officially compatible with revisions V5 through V18. To identify which revision your console is, please see this guide:

Please keep in mind that this is
NOT a repair service!
If your PS2's disc drive is currently unable to boot into retail discs, then this modchip will not fix that issue in any way.
Upon purchase, you will receive a direct message from me with further information on how to send your PS2 in for this service. Customers will be fully responsible for safely shipping their consoles to me, shipping charges on this listing only cover return shipping. I am also not responsible for any damage done to the console during shipping. I will confirm with you when I have received your console, send you pictures of my work and have it shipped out back to you within 10 business days.
