“Meg” is a lovely little green-eyed blonde wearing an olive green satin dress with rows of white lace that match her bonnet. She wears not one, but
two
petticoats, the underneath one being a stiff crinoline to add volume to her skirt (See Photo #7). Lace trims her bloomers which are worn over cream lace stockings and cream leatherette shoes with adorable teal blue satin ribbons that compliment the olive green dress.
This collectors porcelain doll is signature stamped by the artist Margie Costa and comes with the COA, care instructions, and information about the doll’s artist. ~~~ ‘Meg’ and her original box are in *very good condition* and I did not find any flaws or signs of use, however, she is considered ‘used’ and therefore being sold ‘As Is’.
This doll was part of my mother-in-law’s collection and has been stored inside our pet-free/smoke free house.
