Seymour Mann Doll w/Brown Pigtails In Early American Outfit? + Stand and Bear?

This auction is for a really nice Doll made by
Seymour
Mann. Doll looks to be early American clothing but not sure. Never taken out of the box so I am not sure what the style is. Has a big hat as seen in one scan. Has a tan bear or dog I pictured in one scan. I cannot tell which it is.
Cannot see the tag inside to see what the doll is called.
Still new in the box.
Girl has beautiful long brown hair made into pigtails.  Has a green dress bottom with white lacy bottom a puffy sleeved white blouse  top part and dark tan/brown vest. Very pretty doll.
