30 day return policy. Item must be sent to us in the same condition it arrived w/ no signs of extra use.
In the Event of Carrier Damage
Each package is packed exactly to specifications provided by the carrier. Proper box size, labeling and protection are ALWAYS used. In the event of carrier fault damage, buyer must agree to provide us with ample photographs of the item and it's packaging. Upon receipt of your photographs, if we determine the damage claim to be fictitious or buyers remorse related, we have the right to deny your damage claim.  Buyer must keep all original packaging as well as the item & allow the carrier to pick up the package for inspection. Carrier will provide you with tracking & return the item to us. This process allows us to file a claim with the carrier. Failure to do this will void the buyers damage claim. We will process your refund within no more than 5 business days of it's arrival to us.
