Traverse/Acadia/Enclave Rear Moonroof Latch - Rev 1 - GM F Retainer 84900118
This part is a replacement for the OEM latch (strike plate) for the rear sliding moonroof cover in a Chevrolet Traverse. It was modeled for a 2020 model year Chevrolet Traverse but it may also fit other GM vehicles that use the same F Retainer (P/N 84900118). If you're not sure, send us a message and we'll help you figure it out.  Please include a picture if you have one.
This part is made from a proprietary carbon composite material. This material offers high strength, toughness, and chemical resistance by using the latest technology in 3D printing. This part is much stronger and will last much longer than the original.
The Rev 1 version moves the mounting holes clear of the original rivets and covers the original mounting holes where the original rivets are installed. This allows for a very clean installation without requiring the use of a riveter. To install this part, we suggest using two #6x12" self-tapping sheet metal screws (included with your order). Do not over-tighten.
